		In today’s construction market, you can choose from many project delivery methods. Often, a complex project is divided into packages, or separate processes, so the most experienced companies can work together to complete it on time and within budget. We often contract with an owner through a construction manager or general contractor and assume responsibility for one or more of a project’s work packages.
